Checkout system:


Instructions:
Put your name under Name so we know who has it.
Put the date that you checked the book out.
The date that you are to return the book is 2 days after checkout.
Return the book to Room SCI 306.
When you return the book, mark that you have returned it.
PLEASE contact the next person on the list so that they can pick the book up!
If the book is already checked out:
Put your name in the next available slot.
The person before you SHOULD contact you when the book is available.
When the book is avaliable, PLEASE pick up the book ASAP!
When you pick up the book, fill in the date information.
